employed as Manager of Corporate Compensation
at Colonial Penn Group, Inc. Prior to that,
she specialized in compensation
research and analysis for Reliance
Insurance Co. and Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry
Dock Co |

A native of Virginia, Kathleen Webster is a graduate
of The College of William and Mary, where she majored
in Business Management and completed postgraduate courses
in Human Resource Management. She maintains cutting edge
skills with continuing education courses in business
management, project management, the Internet, marketing,
public relations and technology.
A
resident of Holland, Pennsylvania, Kathleen Webster
has served the Bucks County community as an active
volunteer on the Marketing Committee for the Newtown
Business and Professional Association and on the
Allocations Committee for Violence Prevention for
the United Way of Bucks County. Kathleen also has
served her church and school district for many years
in a variety of leadership positions.
